TRAINER CERTIFICATION TIMELINE
PARTICIPATE IN AN ORDINARY COURSE
Attend the full course. Virtual and in-person courses are available.
Note: On-demand courses do not qualify towards certification.
Attend a certification course. Once you’ve attended the full course, you’re eligible to attend a certification course. Both virtual and in-person options are available. You will be prepared to facilitate virtually or in person, regardless of in which format you take the certification course.
BECOME A CERTIFIED TRAINER
Facilitate and report three courses.
Certification graduates must report their trainings within Trainer Zone, the Crucial Learning certified trainer online portal, to move from provisional certification to being certified. Provisionally certified trainers may teach in person and/or virtually while completing their certification. On-demand and blended courses do not count toward the requirements to become fully certified.
